The International Congress on Minority Languages is celebrating its twentieth edition in Bogotá, Colombia, after being traditionally held in Europe since its first gathering in Glasgow in 1980.

This event brings together researchers, academics, activists, and speakers of minority languages to advance discussions on language policy, multilingual education, and the development of media to sustain global linguistic diversity.
